Teach undergraduate and graduate music theory/ear-training courses. Maintain an active agenda of research and publication in the field of music theory. Participate in activities related to the university’s academic vision, including committee service, curriculum development, and administration of exams.
Ph.D. in Music Theory from a regionally accredited institution or university required by the appointment date. College-level teaching experience and potential for successful scholarship as evidenced by publications and/or conference presentations are required.
