There will be two webinars (live online meetings) with contributors to Music Theory Online 18.1, a special issue on analyzing performance. Each webinar will focus on three out of the six articles in the special issue. Authors will provide brief introductions and respond to questions. This is a unique opportunity for live dialogue on newly published work outside of the typical conference format. We especially would like to encourage participation from colleagues outside of North America, music theorists with disabilities, and students or scholars for whom attendance at SMT meetings may be difficult or financially prohibitive.
