Purpose
SMT offers a grant to help defray costs for those whose participation in the Annual Meeting incurs extra disability-related expenses.
Eligibility
Open to SMT members only.
Award
The maximum amount awarded for this grant is $400.
Application process
To apply for an accessibility grant, please fill out the online accessibility grant application form (log-in required).
The application asks for:
- A funding statement, which should include any funding available to you for the conference for which you are applying (include specific dollar amounts)
- A Disability Funding Needs statement, which should explain the specific circumstances for which you are requesting funding
