The Music Department at Reed College (Portland, OR) invites applications for a one-semester Visiting Assistant Professor of Music with experience teaching music theory and musicianship at the collegiate level to teach Music Theory and Practice 1 (covering functional harmony and related musicianship skills) this Spring 2024 term.
The ideal candidate is a music practitioner with a terminal degree in music and/or comparable professional experience open to working with students with interest in a wide variety of musical styles and practice.
